Worcester Carnival is made up of a team of a small but dedicated team of 9 people from all backgrounds. We have been delighted with how the Carnival has grown from strength to strength through 2017, 2018 and 2019.
In 2019, the parade theme was “world of books” and followed the traditional 1.7 mile route around Worcester City Centre, starting and finishing at Worcester Racecourse on Pitchcroft where the Carnival Village provided plenty of fun for the whole family as huge crowds flocked to enjoy the live entertainment, food, drink, market stalls and funfair.
We are already looking forward to how we can make the next Worcester Carnival on 4th July 2020 even bigger and better.
We were amazed to see the amount of floats and walking groups in previous years events and we are looking forward to seeing a range of community/youth groups and local businesses participating.
