Our mission is to create Worcester’s biggest outdoors celebration, helping to make Worcester an amazing place to live and work.
Worcester Carnival is run by a small team of passionate volunteers. We’re immensely proud of what we have achieved staging six carnivals since 2017; bringing dozens of groups and businesses together, bringing thousands of visitors to our home city, giving a platform to charities, groups and businesses that share our passion for Worcester.
However we can’t do it without resources… We receive no guaranteed core funding and rely on sponsors, supporters and grants to cover the cost of staging Worcester Carnival.
Furthermore we are ambitious about bringing carnival forward in an inclusive and environmentally responsible way. We are aware that there are many for whom there are barriers to participating in the arts and being included in the life of the city. We want to lower those barriers through cost effective support and resources and bring those voices to the stage.
We cannot do this alone and your carnival needs you!

Artists, PA systems, bins, toilets, stages, transport, fundraising, dancers, generators, fuel, insurance, first aiders, marquees, walkie-talkies, street performers, bouncy castles, leaflets, wristbands, paint, glue, cardboard, costumes, fabric, fairground rides, security, bunting, vans, clipboards, Health and Safety, crowd barriers, traffic cones, stewards, marshals, biscuits and coffee (lots of coffee)… the list goes on.

Souvenir Brochure Adverts
An advert in Worcester Carnival’s official souvenir brochure is a great way to get your message seen by thousands of Worcester Carnival attendees, and show your support for this great community event. The brochure will be available at sites around the city before and during Worcester Carnival full of high quality content to enhance the carnival experience. The brochure is A5 size and adverts are available at full page (£110), half page (£80) or quarter page (£55). Print deadline is 1 month before Carnival Day. Worcester Community Lottery
You can now help to support us by taking part in the Worcester Community Lottery.
Worcester Community Lottery is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Worcester. All good causes supported by the lottery will benefit Worcester and its residents.

Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 per week. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000!
