The Carnival Village on Pitchcroft Racecourse is at the heart of Worcester Carnival.  It is free to enter and will be open from 11am to 7pm on Carnival Day Saturday 12th July 2025. This is where the floats and parade groups will gather during the day and the parade starts and finishes.

Here, there will be activities and stalls from local charities, arts, crafts, food and drink.

Our Nominated Charity

This year, proceeds from the Bucket Collection will go to Sensory matters (Formally Sight Concern).  Please bring your spare change and give generously.

Sensory Matters Worcestershire supports people who are blind, vision impaired, Deaf, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss.

There are at least 24,000 people who are vision impaired in Worcestershire, over 100,000 who are Deaf or hard of hearing and 14,000 who are both.

Sensory Matters Worcestershire is the only local charity dedicated to supporting these communities with the challenges and barriers created by living in a world not designed with them in mind.  We offer individual practical and emotional support to the people we work with, supporting them to lead confident, independent and fulfilling lives.

If you need any support please contact Sensory Matters Worcestershire on 01905 723245

Our mission is to create Worcester’s biggest outdoors celebration, helping to make Worcester an amazing place to live and work.  Worcester Carnival is run by a small independent team of volunteers who are passionate about bringing this event to our city but we need funding to make this happen.  We cannot do this without you.  We have a range of sponsorship packages available whether you’re a small business or nationwide employer, sole trader or global brand.  We’d love to talk about how we can work together to deliver something wonderful for the Worcester community.

For some suggestions of sponsorship packages, why not take a look at our Corporate Brochure? (PDF, 1.3MB)

So if you want to be at the heart of Worcester Carnival in this and future years, please contact Barry MacGabhann on corporate@worcester-carnival.co.uk

An advert in Worcester Carnival’s official souvenir brochure is a great way to get your message seen by thousands of Worcester Carnival attendees, and show your support for this great community event.  The brochure will be available at sites around the city before and during Worcester Carnival full of high quality content to enhance the carnival experience.  The brochure is A5 size and adverts are available at full page (£110), half page (£80) or quarter page (£55).  Print deadline is 1 month before Carnival Day.  Please contact us at info@worcester-carnival.co.uk
